Classic award trophies are often placed on a shelf where they collect dust, but the memories behind these trophies last forever. That’s why for the Czech Grand Design award winners, we wanted to make something special – a chance to capture the moment of becoming a Czech Grand Design winner forever. These innovative trophies take the form of custom-made brass boxes, each of which includes a microprocessor and a speaker. When pressing the top button, the box plays the sound of the actual applause the winner received at the award ceremony, as well as a few pre-recorded motivational quotes. A simple press of the button provides encouragement and praise whenever the winner might need it.
